Welcome to Appointer. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Appointer is operated by Suomi & Lewis Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 16780919). Our registered office is at 10–16 Tiller Road, London E14 8PX.

2. Service Description

Appointer is an independent booking assistant service that helps users find and book driving test appointments. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) in any way.

Our service monitors available test slots and books appointments on your behalf based on your preferences. We do not guarantee specific test dates or times, as availability is controlled entirely by the DVSA.

3. Pricing and Payment

Our service costs £80 total, comprising:

• Appointer Service Fee: £66.73
• Admin Charge: £13.27

Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept payment via Revolut Business, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not accept direct card payments.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However:

• Once we have successfully booked a test slot for you, the service is considered concluded and the 14-day cancellation right no longer applies.
• A non-refundable admin fee of £8.97 applies after our 2-day processing period.
• If you request cancellation before we have booked a slot, we will refund the full amount minus the admin fee (if applicable).

5. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the service for any fraudulent or illegal purposes

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the best possible service:

• We cannot guarantee specific test dates as availability is controlled by the DVSA
• We are not responsible for any DVSA decisions regarding test rescheduling or cancellation
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our service

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Suomi & Lewis Limited and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
